Just curious, what DD lead you to sell your position?

I havent been able to find anything even remotely negative about this company specifically.

And as for David Shade what instances are you talking about? For the most part in the land of pinks, most CEOs have their fair share of questionable actions in the past. Thats why they're CEO's of pinkies and not Google. But as far as I cant tell David Shade has one of the cleanest records of any pinkie CEO ive seen thats been active for any substantial amount of time.

IMO, in the pinks the past is the past and there is always room to move forward. Things happen, companies go under - not all of it falls on the CEO.

Pennies are always a risk but in my opinion HSCC is one of the safest plays I have ever seen.

The chart speaks for itself.

mMax, can you find any other negative information on this company? HSCC, Onyx Scientific, etc? I bet you can't. Did you research David Shade through the Bar Association? He's a lawyer, iirc.

You say you didn't know how to invest before and were duped by two Canadians who were busted by the SEC and had their assets seized. Look it up. I did weeks ago. I hate scams too. But considering your a Noob, I suspect you haven't had much experience doing DD either.

Just because you found one website posting negative crap doesn't mean it's true. Maybe bashers posted that on their website to help them short the company. Maybe that 2003 link corresponds to a decline in the stock price which might prove my point.

Maybe pennystockchasers bought some HSCC around .004 and were just hyping it up so they could sell and got out just before the SEC busted them. It doesn't mean the company (HSCC) is a scam. Most everyone here is top notch and above board. We all have reputations ya know. No one here is connected to any scams, imo. The company is real. Sell and move on until you feel secure enough to return, but please don't bash based upon one website article from 2003.
