Does appear very weird and convoluted for a company that has the University in place. Must be some sort of psychological battle, such as the Beatles battling the "meanies." If it falls after the Hydro is finalized, well, then we know that imbecility has set in.
I think there are always worries about gains with any penny stock but with VCTY I feel there is some buying pressure but since news has not been released people get tired of waiting, worried about the capital they have invested and so forth causing the price to drop by people willing to sell. That along with MM's being able to pull the price down by shorts and so forth that is why we cannot find any sustainability. I hope we get news soon and break the trend. Hope that makes sense. Just my opinion.
