a permit that was supposed to take two weeks is no where in sight over 2 months later.

They have temporary permits in place to run the processor in New. York. Bleachers for DEC stack test. 80 year old employees doing back flips at the DEC, and bringing the whole crew to see it. JBI is in bed with the right people. That was something I inquired about with John, and he said everyone is ecstatic.
