Havent sold my last one going to wait till 10th of August and if not sold then will rent for $1100.00 a month. Debating then whether to build 2 more and have 5 houses on housing. Still have 7 mobile homes with 6 rented, and sold and financed another one at 10% for 20 years paid $14,000 sold it for $40,000 income of $429.00 a month off of it, can't complain no taxes no headaches.
