Thanks very much for these updates and I hope they signal a return to the fray.

If I read this letter (document 75) correctly, it appears that SPNG and Metter's attorney became aware of the stealthy and rapid departure of the SPNG CRO from Office Temps while reading the SEC's mail to the court. Guess the client didn't think it was worth mentioning.

"working diligently towards finalizing" lol Didn't I also hear the same phrase about filing the financials. lol As I said before, these guys are experts at stringing people along. Unfortunetly this will contiue until the hammer comes down
