Ive been around penny stocks for awhile, this ones a mystery,

Oh yes, this one is a real brain tease; company has no profits or revenues and dilutes to make cash accounts at more than a 3:1 ratio on a monthly basis, real mystery why after 3 years from the .045 high it is at .006! LOL
