Why should distributors have to have even pattern ownership? For what purpose? Because Alan is in board member of NSPT?
How about this idea? Alan is helping Robert's stock selling, share the profits. When they make money, good bye each other. In order to show some tight connection, give one digit ownership to Robert. If you say, they both are pretty attached, you already fell into Robert's idea. But creditors dumping on 0.0001 for the pretty attached multi player distributor. I would go big and hold shares I got thrown from Robert.
