Why file the things the creditor did, if the total sum is les then 200k for a multi million $ company...

the insiders STOLE all the money .. and that's just one reason

the company was forced into BK by the creditors -- the insurance has lapsed .. the electric company wants to turn off the power for non payment .. no cash for payroll or any operations

Dicon in NOW IN Chapter 11 bankruptcy .. heading for chapter 7 unless someone steps up and puts a ton of money in the company ..

AND I DON'T SEE THAT GOING ON - BECAUSE SPNG WILL SOON BE IN BANKRUPTCY .. DICON IS AN ASSET FOR SPNG AND WILL BE LISTED AS AN ASSET WHEN THE LAWSUITS AND CREDITORS COME TO GET WHATS DUE THEM
