You have touched on many points as to why I have such a bearish opinion of sevu.

The million sharesd shopuld be given back, and, as you say be used as incentives for the new team, if not, we will face further dilltion soon!

I did not notice you refernce the loan McBride took from SEVU, I believe it was 500,000 and he put up 6,000,000 shares for the loan. What kind of share price does that equate to? I would like your opinion of McBride taking this loan and more or less leaving SEVU with little or no cash? T
