I will guess that there might be people that have a lot of shares and will likely hold with the confidence that this will hit that .0008 mark again. Hence, little activity at these prices.

It is staying here because everyone is fence sitting ( including me! ).They are waiting for it to make a steady move then they will start buying and selling.. I will add to my position when she gets up to .0006's again on a run and detailed updates in the PR and financials dept's...Lets roll PMDP!
