It is a good thing that he is gone. Any idiot that gets caught in the type of lies he was spreading in USA Today is on borrowed time. We do not know for sure that it was the efforts of Twombly that got the CE removed he may have been directed to PR them. Twombly has been looking to strike it big in the beverage industry for a long time and I think that he was trying to sneak his A.N.D product in to try to make it big time. These are my opinions.
