Nice find...
Looking a little closer at his titles (according to this announcement),
it appears as though Dr. Jabbour might not just be rubbing elbows with Aramco but, is somehow in a position of representing or otherwise being a point-man for Aramco.....
Look at how his titles are spelled-out there....
"Dr Ghassan Jabbour, Head of Solar Development, KAUST
Senior Representative, Saudi Aramco*"

Just the same way (except for the asterisk) as the 'moderators' title...
"Moderator: Ahmad Al-Khowaiter, Director of New Business Evaluation Department, Saudi Aramco" .... and a few other parties in attendance that are also apparently representing Aramco in one way or another.


Not sure what the asterisk signifies....no legend was shown to clarify.
