It's about risk.

These exchanges have listing requirements. Which is typically $1 per share(not sure about Amex). IMO, Bravada is not worth a $1 per share, yet. We are indeed waiting for financials... I know this brand has potential, but I'm not expecting a justified $1 per share after their first report (I've been wrong before). In a year.. sure this could be worth that..

But...
Anything can happen within' a year. No one can predict a fire, an illness, ect. I see the opportunity at these levels.. But have curbed my short-term expectations. I have a hard time seeing this for what it is--an investment. My cash will be waiting... there can still be value @ .50 PS.
