Interesting coincidence. I use a version of Occam's razor in these situations -- the least pleasant idea is usually the most prudent to plan for.
SO, imagining that yes, they will issue that many more shares at this share price, might as well we can take them at their word that they're going to buy more 'marginal fields' or whatever else Offor or his friends want to sell. I had thought they'd stated they had enough money for operating expenses for a long time to come, which is why the operating expenses sentence confuses me. How will the purchase of other properties affect us, is the question...and what does it say about the NSAI/buyout/etc.?
