From what I took from it was ACLH provided the information, and the SEC is slow to respond or to say that it is satisfied with what was provided so that ACLH can now say with surety that the case is closed and know why it happened in the first place so they can give a valid pr to shareholders. You know how government works, it can be slow to respond.
