Yes, you have defined it well as to how things are going so far for ZVTK. Posting a profit and increasing profits each quarter well surely help us out here BUT they also need to reduce the share structure and that will entice more shareholders to come back into this stock and ensure shareholder confidence.

As long as there is more dilution it will slow our ability to reach a higher PPS and/or reach Pennyland. Hopefully they DO NOT have to ever do a R/S unless they want to move to a higher exchange like the Nasdaq but I think by then we should at least be deep into Pennyland.

Still we are growing slowly. A step by step process that will not happen overnite. As long as we have no serious problems that could hamper the success of the New Ionic Bulb we should be well on our way to Penny Land.

First we get an official Pr stating that the Retail with Wal-mart and CVS has been completed and finalized. Thats our first big step in the right direction. Once the bulbs are on retail store shelves that should certainly give a boost in sales both on the internet and retail. Also not to mention we still have International sales which should grow just as well.
Gudluk all!

Pele, ZVTK was the definiton of Pump and Dump;

Company spokesperson hyped the bulbs, did commercials and interviews while her husband paid stock promoters while they dumped 2.7 billion shares of ZVTK into the pump. That is the reason why this stock dropped big after the 10-Q was released because most people realized that once they read it. Hope this helps.

Good luck.

you'd need 800 million metric tons of helium to pump this over bloated, over sold, over diluted, stock to rise. A board made up of interstellar's cronies ,they all sit around a poker table and crappy infomercials

Good post Pele. There is a LOT of money on the sidelines, I do agree.
