You right, the SEC probably could care less now about all the people who purchased JD's 300,000 shares on 12/21/04 at .116-.121/shr (not to mention the other many 100's of thousands of shares). I am sure they realize that even without that PR ZKIDs pps would have suddenly jumped from ~.03-.04/sh to .12+/sh. PR probably had nothing to do with it... Anyway, I'm sure that if any class action lawsuits were to emerge because of this embarassing little error, that they will be thrown out as lacking merit and being frivolous.
