So are those SSCCQ shares that we all wrote off as worthless, and were recently trading for 20 cents after the company agreed to give common shareholders 2.25%, now worth 54 cents a share? Shouldn't that make Chemtura shares worth at least double that? Smurfit's balance sheet was a mess.... even the bulls on their message board were throwing in the towel last fall.
