So just to be clear; Elkay- (Because your post is extremely misleading). The quote in this post you made dates back to a date before The May 13th date does it not? To post it now in the way you did- it would be easily interpreted as a "new development" in the process. In other words Interpreted as though the SEC has asked for more submissions as a result of the June 28th procedings. So to be clear, this is quoted and taken from the Press Release issued back on April 19th- and is nothing new.

I'm sure it wasn't your intent to mislead people, and I am not trying to imply that here- I am just making sure it's crystal clear where tht quote came from
