wow. thats MUCH different then I was told. I called the company and spoke to Katie and was told very specifically that pipe closed dec 31st and that everybodies date would be exactly the same June 30th which is 6 months from the close of pipe otherwise all of the people (i think its in the 100's) that bought in the 80 cent pipe would have different dates and it would be impossible to administer.. or at least too time intense

my cert is dated Feb 3, 2010 so that would add 34 more days to the restriction if it was true.

what is it you are saying?

i was thinking that with all the due diligence you share on a regular basis - you might have a definitive answer to the registration of pipe shares question.

so can we take your word for it?
