Thanks Billy, and what makes them think that they can have the judge oust management and pick new management when stockholders still own the company?

1)Is there an option in Chapter 11 for this?
2)Do lien holders have more shares than CPRKSA?
3)Is this in lieu of a Chapter 7 selloff of assets?
4)Won't the judge recognize a higher value of the company in its present form if lien holders want to run what is already built?
