Intel's current Speed Step implementation has 2 voltage settings. The implementation with Banias will have >2. My position is that >>2 has limited return. Having said that, I don't see what huge advantage TMTA's Long Run could possibly have over Intel's next version of Speed Step. The code morphing software is a different story, but I don't think there is an Apples to Apples comparison with native x86 CPUs. If anything, CMS is just baggage that TMTA has to deal with to lessen the burden on their CPUs.
