Sure, why not. A pink sheet stock giving out $35 billion in divvies sounds totally realistic to me. I'll bet it happens more often than most people realize.

Actually it's more like 41 cents, when one actually uses a calculator. However, the good news is that you sold yourself short anyway. You should have only divided by the O/S, not the A/S. So when you divide it by 75 billion it comes out to 46.6 cents per share. Don't spend it all in one place, spread the wealth.
