#15440 RE: PGPM_COO #15436

A couple more questions and a comment at the end.

1. What is your experience in the oil patch. I know your educational background, as well as your business background, I'm interested to know your experience hands on.

2. I know you own/owned scavenger oil, how is scavenger/PGPM related today?

You mentioned that Mr. Pinedo may have sold, granted, gifted shares to others...I understand that you are 100% in the dark about this as we are. As an officer of the company, Mr. Pinedo would be required to file at minimum a form 3 and form 4 to disclose any shares he dissemminated that belonged to him.

If he has dissolved his ownership of shares without filing the appropriate forms, how might this affect PGPM going forward? I know it's a minor thing in and of itself, but to use your terminology...swatting the hornets nest tends to piss off those that can sting you. I'm implying pissing off the SEC. If you get them pissed off enough over a myriad of little things, they tend to watch a bit more closely. We shareholders have long felt/assumed that Pinedo heavily misused the "forward looking statement" aspect of his filings in the past, and anything past related to him that could cause you grief down the road would best be rectified quickly.

Our hopes are that you can bring this company to a fully reporting status...step up the ladder to a higher board within the next few years, and bring a level of respectability to this company. Right now, as I am sure you can see, the majority of the shareholders have a pretty piss poor outlook that will take some time to fix. I will also say, over this weekend you have dramatically improved at least my attitude...and from other posts I've read...others attitudes as well...and have improved our outlook for the future.

We are a bunch of hardasses no doubt...we have years of frustration to overcome.....but we are also fair and straightforward. We know your obligations to the company and shareholders, and we will let you know if we feel you aren't transparent enought. Likewise, we will commend you and support you just as agressively for a job well done.

You've taken one hell of a good step forward here...keep up the good work.

I fully appreciate it.
