Snappy, from what I have read the whale will pick up the oil and water and use natural seperation which means if you take a bottle of cooking oil and a glass of water mix oil and water in the glass
stir the glass and wait for the two ingridents to drift apart
you will have an interphase that includes oily water.
ESPH doesnt work that way.
