There is lots of proof. You just would rather believe there is some large conspiracy by multiple government agencies. Mosky himself has proven fraud with his interview regarding the bogus companies he touted in the SEC filing as making up massive sales.
There is only a handful of people who do not realize this is an obvious fraud, don't you think there might be a reason why people have been saying for over a year exactly what would happen to this scam. It has been totally obvious and explained for months and months to a T.
