I kinda feel bad for Tom because he was well on his way to raise capital and right when he retired shares, the MM's restricted his stock. How can you raise capital if you can't sell your product?
One thing I don't understand is why H#ll would you have so much activity in such a dead stock as described by Tom. If he Owns HESG, IMAI ( and thus owns Organic Science) He would be a complete IDIOT not to roll that shell into Organic Science. Organic Science has some of the BEST PR's in the industry... Little debit, Profit Projection, Expansions and positive customers reviews as recent as 48 hours ago.
I trust Winona, he is an honest poster and is looking for a REAL response on the direction this company (and our money) is going.
I wish he would just dis-associate himself from the company and let John handle things from here on out.

Previous Findings=====
1. We've established a link between HESG and IMAI (Organic Science)
2. There was a major buy-back in April/May in the billions.
3. Organic Science was acquired and appraised appx at 15 million (My educated guess based on previous posters- Hopefully an I Hubber can verify this figure)
4. Organic Science released in previous PR's to have reduced its debt to 30k, Potential profit of 10 million in the next 24 months, and a client base of 1300 and growing since april (which is two and a half times than the HESG montana deal)
5.Email from John stating they are working on an (undisclosed) end product and to wait, wait, wait..
Time will tell, we will see.... Hope for the best, Expect the worst.
