All the loan terms are in the link below, note that this is just a proposal and subject to court approval, I believe that Altus already agreed to drop the 100K fee, I'm not positive on that, I have read 200 filings and they all start to run together. lol

I thought it was 5% of the company? plus the interest they would get? At this point who knows what they are up to? Feel like a sheep heading to market! I still can't believe that somebody couldn't drive the ship in the right direction? All the people working there and nobody could get it right? Weird, or orchestrated to get rid of all of us share holders. I guess going there and seeing everything didn't make a difference at all.
