I still don't understand how this is legal by any means.

So let me get this straight? RMTD went bankrupt and sold the assets WITHOUT telling the shareholders? That's illegal.

MM's are selling shares of an APPARENT EMPTY SHELL, despite the fact that those buying still thnk it is an OPERATIONAL RMTD? That's illegal.

We OWN part of RMTD, they cannot sell OUR assets without telling us ...

This screams class action lawsuit. And CEO Gary can burn in hell, what a fuckin criminal ....

I never knew that you could just delist from the OTCBB than participate in whatever illegal activity you like, and be perfectly ok. It's too bad the SEC doesn't care about pinks ...

I have no problem with a business going belly up and a stock being worthless. I dont even have a problem with pump and dump schemes. It is what it is. But for this faggot CEO to dilute, dilute, dilute, and pocket the change, then sell the assets without telling anybody, that's gustapo shit, and will not be tolerated ...

Correct, there is no info because they are not a public company and did not acquire the RMTD stock shares so we now have paper that's worth less then it's current selling price plane and simple I'm once again afraid to say.

I was surprised yesterday that RMTD had 3 PR see Below....

The Question is why 3? Why not have 1 long PR? The three PR's cost extra $$ to place....

The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

According to the company, the acquisition will increase Telogis' penetration into valuable industry sectors and the company's product line will provide Remote Dynamics' customers with a suite of tools to increase the efficiency and profitability of their mobile assets.
