The company clued us in that these shares are for contracts. So, they can offer a part of the stock action with potential for gains as part of a contract. Means they can afford a bigger name then without bearing all up front costs in cash. This is not raising money dilution, this is using AS to improve future prospects. I have been in stocks where they dilute to pay taxes, even bonuses to useless management. So I am ok with them paying celebs/labels if they have to, as buying the biggest name celeb they can get will over-ride the down-side. JMHO. Go ENTI.
