Pretty presumptuous no? I mean unless you have knowledge of whats gone on for the last 3 months, which the average investor does not. The situation with JLI seems to be a pretty good explanation for the delay in the announcement of the bridge financing and if they really have had a PR ready to go for a month then it seems to me things are getting done.
