kind of reminds you of THRR doesnt it? this is crap. BIG promises. nothing to show for it. reverse split will be coming next. then it will tank again and shareholders will be out even more money. wake up people! oh but i guess you cant sell because there is hardly ever a bid.

Why was that not expected, they are not through with the purchases of certs, I believe it has nothing to do with audits, however a great excuse.

Audits was known to be a item that needed to be accomplished many months ago, they have had plenty of time for competition.

Their purchase of certed shares however has just begun, and they need more time for completion, before record date is published.IMO
