well said Jerry, it's hard for many, especially new readers to distinguish between fact and fiction on this board..

FACT is; the share price is 5/100th of a penny..

FACT is: the A/S O/S which was promised not to increase has doubled in the past few months..

FACT is; JD has not followed through on any important shareholder transparency as anyone that's followed this for a year knows full well..

FACT is; JD ran away due to his inability in dealing with the tough issues he and he alone created..

FACT is; JD lied, lied and lied more by not producing or backing his many statements and commitments over the past year..

FACT is; every post on this board related to your above stated sentiment is pure fiction created from wild conspiracy ridden paranoid imaginations..

FACT is; all of the above FACTS are the reasons EXPH is in and will stay in the tank until those FACTS are addressed and corrected..
