The denial was merely a denial to expedite the request for receiver process. The Request (Document 55) sought out a schedule that had Spongetech respond to the motion by today instead of by the end of next week. Today the just denied that expedited schedule and is giving Spongetech until next week to respond. Rest assured that the SEC will not take their full 2 weeks to respond.
