Could that be his plan for the lawsuit money?

Anybody know how much that is likely to be?

At .0001, buying back 1 billion shares would only cost $100K. If he used some of the lawsuit settlement for this, buying back gradually so the PPS does not jump too fast, he could make a substantial dent in the OS and float and perhaps regain a controlling interest, yes?

He said in statements last year that he could put as much as $1M of his lawsuit settlement back into LCRE:

I expect to win a few million dollars out of that lawsuit in the next few months. When I do, I will invest about 1/3 of my recovery from that lawsuit into Lecere. This story says two things about me: (1) I believe so strongly in Lecere's potential that I would be willing to put perhaps as much as a million dollars of my own personal money (just as soon as I can get my hands on it) into Lecere and (2) The fact that I have personally stayed in a legal battle for eight years with a billion-dollar-per-year company demonstrates that I am off the charts when it comes to persistence and determination in pursuing something I believe in.
