WhatDoesItAllMean, the 10Q is for the quarter ending November 30, 2009, right about the time we got the letter about the windfall. Things may have changed since then.

NMGLE seems a logical choice since it seems to have been created for the purpose of combining Lumb's mining interests, but we will not know who the buyer is until it is announced.
