Companies with established businesses are struggling to get loans so conventional financing is out of the question. That is why the bonds and Newby are the route we are going. As for dilution, I do not think that will be a problem.

i heard yesterday someone called dean and he said no dilution
just like when he told jinman earlier this year that we would not break 900 mill....guess what we did
