It came from the Sec of State Tennessee...shows it happened on June 23...only shows at bottom Auth Shares 3 billion...

That said...people yesterday acted like all 3 billion were hitting the market at once...if it was issued for acquisitions, usually those shares will be restricted for a time period...or if issued for convertible warrants, those also can be restricted...

IMO, when that news it the boards, not just this one, but many...the traders, same ones that jumped in early morning flooded the market with sells...overwhelmed bid support and price dropped...

Today after some reflection, and some just playng a bounce, I think we will start to go north again

You can check post #18503 for a link to the information displaying the increase in A/S. Apparently it was also PR'd and the authorization for it was back on 6/23.

This is not how I thought we'd start out July!
