The problem is if someone will sell for .0014, they will sell for .0013 too. Cheap is cheap and when you get down to these levels on low volume, people are more likely to bid sit than buy the ask.
No, management is a joke. I'm sorry but completing acquisitions is not a "get out of filing financials free" card. M&A's are done every day and no one thinks that is an excuse not to keep their reporting obligations. It is not too hard to release consolidated financials. It is not like we are asking for pro formas here or anything.
This is just another example of management’s complete ineptitude. Not to mention we are coming up on 10 months since SDVI has had the RR rights and they only have one game released. Pathetic!!! A cash cow staring them in the face they instead focus on lounge singers, roller coasters and direct to DVD movies. Pathetic.
