It would depend on when that shareholder got into that stock.

If you had bought millions of shares today at the artificially depressed prices, and there were some that did, they don't see any dilution from the past, do they ?

If you are trying to state that no stock company may again issue any shares past the initial IPO, that it would be dilution, is again incorrect, as long as they were using that money towards a goal to make that company better.

You, I and Greedy all know a company that only issued shares to steal from their investors, as they only had a good story but no actual products.

While LFBG has actual products and real people who are easily accessible, and good prospects for the coming seasons.

NO, there has been NO DILUTION of this stock.
