I've never seen Oceanus Capital listed as an
investor before. If it is the London OC that
is a big plus.

They will be expanding US sales force in-house.

They acknowledge they will use QD sales as
ongoing capital - let's do the math---

10000 grams x $1000 dollars/gm = $10,000,000.

10000 grams = 357 ounces = 22.32 lbs. = 10 kilos

A year ago I predicted the 2010-2011 fiscal year
$50 million in QD sales. We'll see in 12 months.
