Moskowitz even signed an affidavit in the Cresta case affirming the O/S was almost 3 billion shares and therefor SPNG could not issue new stock to cover the Cresta held SPNG warrants without raising the A/S. It is probably the only time that swindler ever told the truth to a court about anything.
