Hey Doc, I have mixed feelings on that. It really comes down to the point of being news worthy or not when a press release is issued. You know if he had released that in a press release he would have gotten chewed up for releasing the fluff. He has made a decision to keep those who follow investment boards up to speed on some of the ongoings of the company, which may not be worth the cost of a Press release, or the backlash it would create.
You are going to have those who claim this type of company desimination of news should be available to everyone through a press release, but they would be the same ones complaining about a fluff PR if it were done that way. You can't win em all bud, but I for one appreciate any information I can get about the things that are going on in a company I'm invested in.
