Its like the scam penny plays have some volume but they end up going down anyways and its hard to compete with the pumpers and professionals and the CEOs dumping. But the new issue stocks suck big time and no money is going into those.
I thought we might have an increase in dollar volume this year but I dont know whey its going to turn around.
