Got this from the ARSC board. They had 5 777 trades at the end of the day today..Same question was asked on that board and someone replie with:
777 refers to boeing. ;) actually, it is a game between bashers/shorters and investors. 666's are usually sells, and 777's are usually buys, and sometimes they are well above or below the current PPS

Don't know how true that is. But that is what I got. Somebody else speculated that it's a signal for MM's to get the shorters to cover...
I hope it's the 2nd option.
