CEMJQ is reacting to the news we have in hand at the moment... charting IMO is difficult at this point as these new events have completely changed the complexion and sentiment here... hard to grasp where this is headed until further news develops, but I do think we have seen the lows until that day. My hope is that news puts this at it's 52 week high... here's hopin' ;)
