Overall markets have nothing...I repeat....NOTHING to do with penny stocks...I've been up 1700% on a day when the DJIA is down 286....and I've been down 80% when the DJIA was flat......This is the wild wild west....stocks move when people band together with a plan...and execute it violently.

This is what happens when the plan is not in concert.
