Thanks for the reply.....I own none of this stock but when I get interesting e-mail on stocks I will post them in their forums...

I have spent many years in Major Real Estate Investment Properties so I do follow this area closely to this day and for almost 40 years now.

I think puts are a good mid to short term move for many reasons...

Florida like Vegas I feel will be the last regions to recover from the RE downturn...

For the wealthy with other income RE still remains the number one wealth preservation vehicle.

So I picked up a few of the DEC $25 puts on JOE at $3.80.

Out today for a 39% gain.
