Because they see value in an asset that is worth more than $0.0035 share. Expecting the dividend to be well above $0.0035.

If they were the ones selling to beneficial owner, they just got 35 Times their money!

Seann: I agree however, think about this, we were told early on that this investor intended to hold his shares in certificate form. This may be the only way he could get that many "real" shares to hold in certificate form. Remember too, he has now classified himself as an affiliate so he can only sell a small portion of his holdings quarterly. We were also told he was buying the shares to obtain the divy and if he is paying .0035 he is planning on making a profit so our divy must be substantially higher than that imho. Interesting days ahead to be sure.
