Why are we being asked to fax our letters directly to him? Chemtura petitioners were to send directly to judge and trustee. Not saying he is not legit. Just want to find out what his background is and his true intentions. Has anyone called the trustee to confirm his story about the deadline and why he has to present the petitions in person?
